Shopping process

STEP 1. Shopping cart

Select the product on the product page and add it to your shopping cart.

Check the items in your cart and if you are happy with them, click "Proceed to checkout" to proceed to the next step.


STEP 2. Member login

Please log in using the email address and password you entered when registering.

[If you are not a registered member]

Click the "Create an account" button to proceed.
*You can shop without registering as a member, but your order history and information will be saved for your convenience.

In addition, various special offers will be available exclusively to members.

STEP 3. Specify the delivery address

Please select your shipping address.
If you would like to enter a new address, please select "Use a new address" and enter your address.
Click "Proceed to select shipping method," and if there are no problems with the shipping information, click "Proceed to payment."

STEP 4. Select your payment method and billing address

You can choose to pay by credit card or bank transfer.
If paying by credit card, please enter your card information.
Once you have finished entering the information, please confirm the details and click "Pay Now" to confirm your order. (If paying by bank transfer, click "Order Completed").

STEP 5. Order completed

The ordering process is complete.
Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

If you have not received your order within one day, please contact us.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Fees (within Japan)

★Shipping within Japan: Free shipping for purchases over 10,000 yen★
*Hokkaido and Okinawa: Over 14,000 yen
*In both cases, this applies if you select "Leave shipping method to us."

Click Post: 200 yen (nationwide flat rate)

Guideline: The stamps are just thick enough to fit in Click Post. Please note that they will be simply packaged.

*If the shipping fee is different when you place your order, we will correct it after you place your order. Thank you for your understanding.

*If the item does not fit in one shipment, we will change to the cheapest shipping method, such as two shipments, Letter Pack Plus, or courier service.
The total amount may change, in which case we will contact you by email to inform you of any additional costs.

After shipping, it will be delivered to your mailbox within 1-2 days.
*A delivery note will not be included, so please let us know if you would like one.

Letter Pack Plus: 600 yen (nationwide flat rate)

Once shipped, your order will be delivered to you in approximately 1 to 2 days.
If the delivery address is far away or in some areas such as remote islands, it may take several more days.

Delivery time

For standard shipping, your ordered items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

Product Compensation

If the item is damaged or lost during delivery, we will compensate you for the damage.
Click Post and Letter Pack Plus are not covered by the compensation.
We will resend the same product or refund you if the same product is not available.

Please note that we may not be able to provide product compensation in the following cases:

  • If the shipping address you specified is incorrect or incomplete.
  • If the non-delivery notification is received more than 7 days after the shipping date.
  • *We cannot provide product compensation once time has passed as it becomes difficult to confirm the situation.
  • If there have been delivery accidents in the past
  • *Compensation may not be available depending on the results of the investigation by the delivery company.

Shipping Methods and Shipping Fees (Overseas)

Shipping to the United States

As of August 26, 2025
We have temporarily suspended shipping to the United States.

*Using a forwarding service allows you to have items delivered to the United States.

*Please verify and use the forwarding service yourself.

Small Packet: We mainly use Japan Post's Small Packet, but in some cases we may use other delivery methods.

Express: We will ship using EMS as the standard. Please select this option if you are in a hurry.

Shipping fees are set by country.
Please add the product to your cart and proceed to check.

★International shipping: Free shipping for purchases over 20,000-23,000 yen★
(*Over 20,000 yen in East Asia)

  • Zone 1: East Asia ¥1,500 - ¥ 2,000
  • Zone 2: Southeast Asia and Southwest Asia ¥1,500 - ¥ 3,000
  • Third Zone: North and Central America, Europe, Oceania, Middle East ¥2,500 - ¥ 4,500
  • Zone 4: South America and Africa ¥3,000 - ¥ 5,000

Delivery time (overseas)

For standard shipping, your ordered items will be shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed.

It usually takes between 10 days and 3 weeks depending on postal conditions.
We will inform you of the tracking number, so please check it.

Customs and import duties

Customs duties and consumption tax may be incurred when shipping overseas.
Please pay the fee upon delivery.
We cannot accept any cancellations of orders due to objections to customs duties.

Product Compensation

If the item is damaged or lost during delivery, we will compensate you.
We will resend the same product or refund you if the same product is not available.

International parcels come with a damage compensation service,
The compensation limit is determined based on the weight.
In the event of loss or damage to mail, compensation will be provided for the actual amount of loss, up to the amount shown in the following table.

*If you want to increase the compensation amount, you will need to select "Insured International Parcel".
There is an additional cost involved, so please let us know if you would like this service.

Cancellation of orders

The contract with the customer will be concluded when we send you an "order confirmation email."

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, changed or returned.

Adding and bundling products

We cannot accept changes after an order has been confirmed, but if you would like to add any additional items, please contact us as soon as possible.

If the item has not yet been shipped, it may be possible to add more items.
If you have any additional requests, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

Returns and Exchanges

Please note that once an order has been confirmed, we cannot accept cancellations, changes or returns of products for reasons of customer convenience, except for "defective products" or "wrong products."

If you find any defects or incorrect packaging when you receive the product, please contact us by email or inquiry within 5 days of receiving the product .

Except in the following cases, we will exchange the product for the same product as ordered.

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:

  1. Due to customer reasons (different from the image, size not fitting, etc.)
  2. If you do not contact us within 5 days of receiving the product to let us know that the product is defective
  3. For sale items
  4. For pre-order and made-to-order products
  5. If any part of the product, such as accessories, is lost due to the customer's fault
  6. If the product is soiled or damaged due to reasons attributable to the customer
  7. If you have used the product even once
  8. If you purchased from a seller other than our store
  9. Other If we determine that we cannot accept the exchange in accordance with the above.

If an item cannot be exchanged due to being out of stock, we will refund the purchase price.
In addition, refund methods for credit card payments will be determined by the card company.

Shipping fees for returns and exchanges

We will cover the shipping costs for replacing defective or incorrect products.

About the filter function

There is a product filter function (narrowing function).

・If the browser window size on your computer is large:
It will be displayed as navigation on the left.

・Otherwise:
"Filter" will be displayed at the top of the page and you can access it from there.
